Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent clinical/IT experience.
• Five years IT or clinical/workflow experience.
• Epic certification maintained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts; provide expert support and training.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot application services with IT teams.
• Engage with customers at all levels to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with change management and budget/project planning.
