Qualifications

• High School Diploma and four years of healthcare operations, information technology or health information technology experience.
• Five years’ experience as an Epic Certified Analyst.
• Experience in all stages of project implementation: design, development, workflow analysis, build, go-live and post go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level application support and become SME for assigned applications with guidance from the application leader.
• Lead and coordinate the application team across multiple sites and locations during implementations and support.
