Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions
• Experience as SME in patient identification workflows, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry
• Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire required

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and vendor staff to align needs with delivery of changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership across the team.
• Provide end-user training and support; manage incident/problem resolution with the Applications Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and documentation.
