Faith Technologies, based in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site activities across multiple trades, ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and schedule milestones. The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

Travel up to 100% is possible, with hours typically 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience.
Ongoing industry training required.

Responsabilités

Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following company and industry standards.
Ensures compliance with legal regulations and required inspections.
Manages and coordinates work to meet contract standards and quality.
Develops and maintains project schedules with all parties to meet milestone dates.
Understands construction documents and subcontractor scopes of work.
Administers contracts, subcontracts, POs to ensure terms are met.
Manages changes in project scope and prevents avoidable rework.
Maintains project files, reports, drawings, RFIs, and correspondence.
Supports project closeout activities and budget adherence.
Coordinates staff and subcontractors to achieve results on time and within budget.
