Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision and coordination for complex projects in the Houston area. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain alignment with contract documents and client expectations.

The role requires robust field leadership, expertise in construction practices, and the ability to manage multiple disciplines to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three to four years of experience in related trades or similar roles; proven project execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to clients, inspectors and visitors.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment per standards and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate work to meet contract requirements and schedule.
• Develop and manage project schedules with all parties to hit milestones.
