Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to manage on-site activities at Fort Stockton, TX. You will supervise contractors, ensure safety, meet schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidate has 4 years in trades and 3-6 years in similar roles; travel up to 100%. Hours 6am-6pm, Monday–Friday, with potential nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time role with room for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing industry training is expected.
• Experience in construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Leads site supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
• Maintains safety, schedule, and quality per contract documents.
• Manages budgets, costs, and change orders; tracks progress.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and project documentation.
