Job summary

Exus Renewables North America is seeking a Site Manager to act as the primary on-site representative for renewable energy construction, repowering, and major component replacement programs. You will oversee field interfaces among contractors, suppliers, consultants, inspectors, utilities, and authorities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, documenting deviations, managing meetings, reviewing change requests, and coordinating turnover

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, field engineering, owner’s representation, or renewables project delivery.
• 5+ years of field experience supporting utility-scale wind, solar, battery storage, or related infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting projects from mobilization through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Experience administering or supporting EPC, construction, equipment supply, or major service agreements.
• Proficiency with project systems such as Primavera P6, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Exus’ primary on-site representative, coordinating interfaces among client, contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants, inspectors, utilities, landowners, and authorities.
• Monitor contractor performance against contracts, scopes, drawings, schedules, permits, safety plans, and quality requirements; document deviations.
• Lead or participate in site coordination, construction, safety, quality, and issue-resolution meetings with clear communication to the Program Management team.
• Track progress against schedules; verify quantities, milestones, and labor/equipment levels; identify delays and recovery actions.
• Review change requests, notices, time-and-material records, and payment support; provide field documentation and recommendations to project controls.
• Promote safety expectations and ensure contractor compliance with safety, environmental, permits, and site requirements.
