Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Field Engineer to manage daily on-site operations for solar and energy projects across the United States. You will oversee cost tracking, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control while supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities.

The role requires coordination with trade crews, subcontractors, and owners, with relocation to project sites for durations typically lasting 6–18 months.

Qualifications

• Accounting, math and record-keeping skills are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Visio, Primavera.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and coordination skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks on field projects.

Responsibilities

• Administers daily operations of project site under supervision.
• Monitor costs, safety, schedule, and quality of work on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers; ensure timely reports.
