Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role requires coordinating with multiple business units, mentoring junior schedulers, and providing oversight.

This remote position includes travel to job sites in Arizona and New Mexico as needed, with weekly cadence updates and CPM-focused scheduling practices. Candidates should have 5+ years of construction scheduling in an EPC environment, strong Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• EPC scheduling experience required.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 software is required.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and CPM scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish activity durations.
• Attend project meetings and gather updates on schedule status.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and monitor critical path.
• Propose corrective actions based on schedule analysis.
• Maintain delay logs and contract information.
• Travel to job sites to build rapport and gather site details.
• Assist with reporting and maintaining core schedule structure.
