Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. You will collaborate across PV, battery storage, high voltage, and services units, and provide oversight to junior schedulers.

The role requires travel to job sites in the US and periodic site visits to Arizona and New Mexico. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of scheduling in EPC settings, strong Primavera P6 skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency and experience using P6 Software required.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Solid understanding of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone manner.
• Reliability, dependability and flexibility.
• Ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Contribute to training curriculum development for schedule management.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish activity durations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings to gather updates.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path deviations.
• Propose corrective actions based on schedule analysis.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and scheduling manager.
• Lead internal and external meetings to mitigate schedule risks.
