Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role requires travel to job sites and leadership of junior schedulers, with remote work flexibility and periodic site visits in the US Southwest.

Strong CPM scheduling skills and P6 proficiency are essential to coordinate across PV, battery storage, and high voltage projects. The successful candidate will mentor others, participate in training, and ensure schedules

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with P6 software is required.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish durations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams.
• Coordinate with owners and consultants for schedule buy-in.
• Ensure CPM schedules have proper logic and durations.
• Attend weekly coordination and owner meetings for updates.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path monitoring.
• Propose corrective actions based on schedule analysis.
• Communicate updates to project teams and scheduling manager.
• Lead what-if analyses for changing conditions across schedules.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with custom reports.
• Monitor progress using company software and verify against updates.
• Prepare weekly regional project status reports.
• Visit job sites to understand site-specific details.
• Train personnel in scheduling procedures.
• Assist business development with schedule improvement analyses.
• Support P6 database maintenance and reporting structures.
