Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and sustain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and field teams. The role requires traveling to job sites, mentoring junior schedulers, and leading schedule analysis and updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction scheduling within an EPC environment, strong P6 skills, and excellence in English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Mgmt degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor scheduled teams, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form EPC schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish durations.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and CPM tracking.
• Maintain delay logs and monitor LD exposure with reports.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and management.
