Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role requires coordinating with engineers, procurement and field teams, mentoring less experienced schedulers, and traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Attend project meetings to gather updates and address schedule issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path updates.
• Monitor progress and communicate schedule status to project teams.
