Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power / power plants. You will create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives, and manage costs, billings, and risk across complex projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of experience, and PMI/ CCM/ DBIA certification within 12 months. Travel is 10% or less, and supervision of junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and obtain concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Prepare and review client billings and ensure timely payments; approve subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project status and escalate risks as needed.
• Perform change management and coordinate with construction teams.
