Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Significant design-build / EPC experience with heavy industrial power clients.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability.
• Reviews client billings and ensures timely payments from clients and subcontractors.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates submittals to agencies and reviews contract documents.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers and prepares monthly reports.
