Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power and power plants.

You will define project scope, schedules, budgets, manage costs and profitability, oversee client billings, coordinate with stakeholders, and support change management. Travel is 10% or less; a Bachelor's degree and 13+ years' experience are required, with PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Manages client billings and subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates and reviews technical work and documentation.
