Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power projects. You will lead schedules, budgets, and client communications, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 13+ years of relevant experience, and PMI- or DBIA-certified within 12 months. Travel is limited to ~10% with opportunities across a design-build portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Handles client invoicing and subcontractor payment processes.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Manages change using change management protocols.
• Communicates deadlines, assignments and objectives to the team.
• Prepares overall project schedule and internal budgets by group.
• Facilitates meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinates and reviews technical work of tasks and deliverables.
• Reviews and approves design change notices when appropriate.
