Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial heavy industrial power/plant experience to lead complex energy projects. You will define scope, schedule, and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Requires 13+ years in the field, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMI/ CCM/ DBIA certification within 12 months. Travel cools to 10% and pay ranges from $138,320 to $197,600.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Creates and reviews client billings and ensures timely payment; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates with agencies for submittals and monitors deliverables.
