Qualifications

• Must possess a four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience
• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience on large EPC construction projects
• Strong customer relationship experience
• Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize performance
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines, safety, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate policy
• Supervise construction management and coordinate field activities and resources
• Support the company's strategic plan including quality, safety, and client relations
• Build project teams by coordinating with department heads to fill key field staff
• Oversee development and management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System
• Primary client and vendor liaison; ensure the project is built safely on schedule and within budget
