Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, overseeing engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams.

You will supervise field operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure safe, compliant execution aligned with contract specifications and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 5+ years in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Experience in engineering, estimating, scheduling, bidding, and administration of prime contracts.
• Proficiency in procurement, field supervision, budget control, and safety/quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Direct intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship goals are met.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; report progress monthly.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee changes to the prime contract and prepare project value schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with internal standards.
