Job summary

SOLV Energy, based in the United States, is looking for an Engineer 3 to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert in utility-scale EPC projects. This position can be fully remote or based in Edison, NJ. The successful candidate will engage in value engineering, QA/QC, and coordination across multiple engineering disciplines.

The role requires 4–7 years of engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential for this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly in a fast‑paced EPC environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering, QA/QC.
• Manage Owner, Owner’s Engineer, and Independent Engineer submittals.
• Ensure coordination of design deliverables prepared by stakeholders.
