Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Engineer 3 to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focusing on value engineering and QA/QC across utility-scale projects. The position allows for remote work or can be based in Edison, NJ.

The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and competitive salary ranging from $112,656.00 to $135,188.00.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (F.E.) certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering and QA/QC.
• Manage Owner, Owner’s Engineer, and Independent Engineer submittals.
• Coordinate review comments with consultants and track responses.
