Job summary

Faith Technologies in El Paso, Texas, is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead job-site supervision and coordinate all project disciplines on site. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, quality control, and client liaison while managing subcontractors and on-site procurement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 4 years in relative trades; 0-3 years in similar role or proven project execution.
• Travel: 100% travel.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company and industry standards and procedures.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it's constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that's consistent with the contract documents.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules effectively with all parties to ensure milestones and completion dates are met.
• Understands construction documents and specifications for assigned project including subcontractors' scope of work.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreements to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes in project scope to keep contract documents current and avoid rework.
• Ensures changes to agreements or project scope have authorization to proceed from leadership.
• Maintains and updates project files such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates, 'As-Built' drawings, submittals, RFI, layout, and correspondence.
• Supports closeout activities including punch lists, Start-Up, and CX of Systems.
• Communicates concerns/opportunities to Project Manager to protect margin.
• Supports Superintendents as needed on assigned projects.
• Performs other related duties as required.
