Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision and coordination across multiple trades. You will oversee safety, scheduling, quality control, and cost management to ensure projects meet client and contract requirements.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience managing large or multiple projects, with solid knowledge of construction documents and subcontractor scope.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience; apprenticeship program preferred.
• 4 years of experience in relative trades; 3–6 years in a similar role or proven project execution.
• Travel up to 100% with variable work hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with clients, inspectors and visitors on site.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
• Coordinate and manage work to align with contract documents and standard of care.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestone dates.
• Understand subcontractor scope of work and maintain project files and paperwork.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure terms are followed.
• Manage changes to maintain current contract documents and prevent rework.
• Support closeout activities including punch lists and startup.
• Monitor expenditures and apply corrective actions to meet budget.
