Job summary

GHD seeks an Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer to lead CAR projects from our Seattle, WA office. You will coordinate site assessments and remediation, mentor junior staff, and travel to project sites as needed.

The role emphasizes client management, data analysis, and adherence to HSE policies within a hybrid work model that balances in-office and field work across the West region.

Qualifications

• 4-year BS in Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• 6 to 8+ years of related experience, including 1 to 3+ years in project management in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; strong written and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership of CAR projects for clients in the West.
• Mentor junior staff and travel to project sites as needed.
• Prepare data analytics reports and support bid solicitation/tender processes.
• Follow HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance in projects.
