Job summary

GHD in Minnesota seeks a Senior Engineer/Geologist to serve as Project Manager in the CAR group. The role leads environmental projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and ensures client‑facing deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget objectives.

The candidate brings 5–10+ years of contaminated site experience, familiarity with regulatory strategies, and strong technical writing abilities to drive cost estimates, QA/QC, and project success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in contaminated site investigations, remediation and reporting.
• Experience with regulatory strategies and client engagement.
• Professional licensure such as Professional Geologist or Engineer is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and QA/QC oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects with client communication, scope, schedule and budget management.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates and proposals.
• Evaluate remedial options and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate input from multidisciplinary teams for high‑quality deliverables.
• Drive projects toward regulatory closure in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate field activities, sampling, testing, and site assessment efforts.
