Job summary

Langan Engineering and Environmental Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Environmental in Parsippany, NJ. The role involves identifying and managing environmental projects, conducting engineering research, and supervising field investigations.

You will work to restore the environment and repurpose blighted properties while ensuring regulatory compliance, driving project success, and coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary teams across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Science is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation projects.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong people, project, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses for portions of engineering and environmental projects.
• Identify and pursue new clients, develop work within projects, and attend business development meetings.
• Oversee and develop junior staff; coach, train, and motivate Environmental project teams.
