Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Environmental services to join our Princeton, NJ team. The role involves identifying and managing environmental/engineering projects, conducting research and analysis, and supervising field investigations and laboratory work.

You will lead diverse projects, solve complex environmental challenges, and help restore blighted sites while protecting the environment. The position emphasizes client interactions and project leadership in a collaborative

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
• 10+ years of practical experience with environmental investigations and remediation projects.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong people, project, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software.
• Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.

Mansioni

• Perform complex analyses for specific portions of broader engineering and environmental projects.
• Identify and pursue new clients, develop additional work within an existing project, and attend business development meetings.
• Oversee junior staff for project assignments; coach, train, and motivate staff.
• Supervise field activities and ensure correct interpretations of findings; ensure data collection and analyses are within budget and on time.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and deadlines; prepare progress reports, change orders, and invoices.
• Organize, write, and edit reports, draft proposals, and other documents.
• Coordinate work groups across offices/disciplines as needed.
• Interface professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, staff, and project personnel.
