Job summary

Langan is seeking a Project Environmental Engineer, Scientist, Geologist / Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ or New York, NY. This role will manage environmental investigation and remediation projects, delivering technically excellent services, and preparing proposals and reports.

You will supervise field investigations, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and cross‑discipline teams, with opportunities to advance project and staff management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• LEED AP or PE certification.
• 6+ years of related work experience.
• Proficient in environmental due diligence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Coordinate field investigations and supervise data interpretation.
• Develop proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Lead and mentor junior staff across projects.
• Support business development with new and existing clients.
