Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects and serve as a trusted adviser to clients in the private and public sectors. You will manage Phase I/II ESAs, due diligence, Brownfields redevelopment, and regulatory coordination from scope through closure.

The role requires strong technical and project-management skills, client relationship capabilities, and mentoring of junior staff, with opportunities to grow BLE's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Biology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years in environmental consulting or related field.
• Experience managing complex environmental projects through full lifecycle.
• Professional registration such as PG, PE, CHMM preferred.
• HAZWOPER certifications preferred where applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules & subcontractors.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I ESAs for commercial, industrial, institutional properties.
• Lead Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Conduct environmental due diligence for property transactions.
• Develop investigation strategies and conceptual site models (CSMs).
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and client communication.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Collaborate with BLE team members across disciplines.
