Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects and act as a trusted technical advisor for private and public sector clients.

You will manage investigations, regulatory coordination, reporting, and closure, while mentoring junior staff and growing BLE's environmental services. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
• 5–10 years in environmental consulting or related field.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs, due diligence, remediation, or regulatory compliance.
• Professional registration (PG/PE/CHMM) preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for various property types.
• Manage Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Oversee environmental due diligence in property transactions and redevelopment.
• Develop and implement risk-based regulatory strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
• Lead Brownfields redevelopment and regulatory closure efforts.
