Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental consulting projects and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients across private and public sectors. You will manage Phase I and Phase II ESAs, environmental due diligence, and remediation strategies, while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong communication with developers, property owners, attorneys, lenders, regulators, and stakeholders to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Experience managing complex environmental projects through scope to closure.
• Professional registration such as PG, PE, CHMM preferred.
• HAZWOPPER training and supervision certifications preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for various properties.
• Lead Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Conduct environmental due diligence for property transactions and redevelopment.
• Develop strategies to minimize regulatory exposure and protect client interests.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
