Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients across private and public sectors.

You will manage Phase I/II ESAs, due diligence, remediation strategies, and regulatory coordination, while mentoring junior staff and developing client relationships to advance BLE's environmental practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, remediation, or related field
• Strong experience leading Phase I and Phase II ESAs and environmental site assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial, industrial, institutional, and development properties
• Lead and manage Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and follow-up environmental investigations
• Conduct and oversee environmental due diligence related to property acquisition, disposition, financing, development, redevelopment
• Develop investigation strategies to provide clients with sufficient information for informed decisions
• Mentor and develop junior scientists, engineers, geologists, and field personnel
• Provide technical guidance on field methods, data interpretation, and regulatory requirements
