Fuss & O'Neill is seeking an Environmental Permitting Leader to guide MA natural resources permitting efforts. You will lead permitting strategy, applications, and agency coordination for diverse infrastructure, restoration, and redevelopment projects with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires strong knowledge of MA regulations, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while engaging clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources or related field.
• 7+ years managing environmental permit submissions under local, state, and federal rules.
• Experienced with MA environmental permitting and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading multiple permitting projects and coordinating with agencies, clients, and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Massachusetts natural resources permitting activities and coordinate with agencies.
• Prepare, review, and submit environmental permit applications for diverse projects.
• Navigate MEPA, Wetlands, Endangered Species Act, Chapter 91, and 401/USACE permits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to move projects forward.
