Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental/civil or closely related field.
• 10+ years of post-education environmental engineering experience.
• Engineer license; multi-state preferred.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and permits.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs and site investigations.
• Proven ability to lead mid-to-senior teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for environmental projects across multiple sites.
• Lead Phase I/II environmental site assessments and investigations.
• Review permits, plans, and specifications for compliance and quality.
• Develop action plans for pollution control and remediation programs.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure reports and presentations clearly communicate findings and risks.
