Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead projects across the Earth and Environment space, focusing on site characterization, remediation, and permitting. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safe, compliant delivery for client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes PMI-aligned practices, MS Project/Primavera usage, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, or related discipline.
3–5 years of post-education work experience in the Earth and Environment space.
Experience with project financial tracking and change management.
Understanding and adherence to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI).
Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks and developing risk registers.
Expertise in project planning and analysis (e.g., MS Excel or similar).
Experience managing multi-discipline teams and coordinating clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Manage budgets, scope, schedules, and resourcing while ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with professionals from WSP’s teams across the United States and support from coordinators.
Use project management tools, methods, and best practices to plan and manage projects that align with stakeholder needs.
Maintain a client-facing role with strong communication, ethics and integrity.
Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and with quality outcomes.
