Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead projects across earth and environment services, including site characterization, remediation, permitting, and compliance. You will ensure delivery within budget and schedule while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in Earth/Environment, strong budgeting and risk management skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6. Travel may be required; a PMI-aligned approach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of post-education work experience in the Earth and Environment space.
• Experience with project financial tracking and change management.
• Understanding and adherence to the PMI framework.
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and developing risk registers.
• Expertise in project planning, tracking and analysis (e.g., MS Excel).
• Highly organized, adaptable, developing leader, calm under pressure.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams.
• Proven focus on the management of clients and subcontractors.
• Experience using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work schedules that may extend beyond typical workweeks.
• Occasional travel may be required.
