Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in procurement or enterprise finance transformation.
• Ownership of company-level direction in business value.
• Ability to build defensible economic models under uncertainty.
• Track record of influencing decision makers without authority.
• Sound judgment regarding AI-assisted analysis.
• Experience in multiplying others' expertise.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives for critical value engagements.
• Own Zip's value methodology end to end.
• Represent Zip externally with customer executives.
• Influence direction with value evidence.
• Solve systemic problems limiting value delivery.
• Develop value fluency across go-to-market org.
• Shape AI usage in the function.
