Job summary

Coalition, Inc. is seeking a senior underwriter to drive profitable business from an assigned broker group and partner with the Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition's portfolio, focusing on enterprise customers (~$1B+ revenue). This remote role offers strong collaboration with brokers and executive-level clients.

You will lead negotiations, mentor other underwriters, and help evolve portfolio strategy in close partnership with CPU and security teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years underwriting experience in cyber and Technology E&O; complex production underwriting.
• Experience underwriting large/enterprise accounts (~$1B+ revenue) and profitable book.
• Ability to communicate with brokers and clients at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage Coalition's largest and most complex new and renewal accounts.
• Shape portfolio strategy through broker relationships for large accounts.
• Maintain underwriting files, documentation, and governance standards.
