Job summary

Coalition, Inc. is seeking a senior underwriter to drive profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and manage products across Coalition’s portfolio, focusing on enterprise clients (~$1B+ revenue). You will lead complex negotiations and mentor others while serving as a trusted partner to brokers and customers.

This is a remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in the Northeast with a strong preference for New York City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of underwriting experience in cyber and Tech E&O.
• Experience underwriting large/enterprise accounts (~$1B+ revenue).
• Expertise analyzing complex cyber and Tech E&O risks.
• Ability to align underwriting with broker and client needs.
• Strong strategic thinking connecting decisions to portfolio objectives.
• Mentoring underwriters and influencing underwriting culture.
• Excellent executive presence for senior broker discussions.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage Coalition’s largest and most complex new and renewal accounts, while maintaining alignment to underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and carrier requirements.
