Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Trial Success Manager to join our remote US team. You will partner with Sales, Sales Eng, and cross-functional groups to craft tailored trial plans, define success criteria, and drive the end-to-end trial for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, execution excellence, and the ability to influence outcomes across teams, with travel up to 25% and a focus on driving trial-to-implementation success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role working with enterprise clients (SaaS or tech preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong project management experience (PMP a plus).
• Experience with change management, communication strategies, risk management, and coaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the trial of Samsara technology for enterprise prospects, tailoring trial plans to needs.
• Lead value-based conversations to establish success criteria and project scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the trial end-to-end.
• Create trial collateral and action plans to standardize processes.
• Drive internal strategy sessions to unblock deals and progress trials.
