Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sr. Trial Success Manager (TSM) to drive high-impact trial experiences for enterprise prospects across the US.

You will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to design and execute tailored trial plans that demonstrate value and foster adoption. You will lead value-based conversations, define success criteria, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of trials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role with enterprise clients - strategic consulting, account management, project management, sales; SaaS or technology experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise trial of Samsara technology with tailored plans.
• Lead value-based conversations to define success criteria and scope.
• Coordinate with sales, sales engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver trials.
• Create trial collateral and action plans in Accord.
• Coordinate internal strategy sessions to unblock deals and drive progression of trials.
• Communicate milestones and trial outcomes to stakeholders.
