Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of corporate clients within the Enterprise segment. You will develop strategic relationships, drive travel spend growth, and ensure profitability and client retention across the Egencia platform.

You will collaborate with global account managers, analyze client feedback, and deliver actionable plans to improve travel programs while supporting sales and implementations for successful

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and the corporate travel industry is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and ability to make strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and coordinate short and long-term business plans and strategies for program development.
• Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support product development initiatives.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships by offering products that deliver savings for the customer and revenue for Egencia.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure progress toward travel program goals and provide recommendations through formal action plans.
• Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure a successful program launch.
• Collaborate and complete tasks in a team-based environment and identify opportunities to assist others.
