American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow our Egencia Enterprise client base within the United States. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, develop strategic relationships, and expand travel spend while driving retention and profitability.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and delivering large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client relationship management.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and ability to articulate impact on business travel.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to convey key issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop short and long-term plans for program growth.
• Aggregate and communicate client feedback for product improvements.
• Builds and maintains relationships to drive savings, service improvements, and revenue.
• Conduct regular reviews to measure progress against travel program goals and provide action plans.
• Support sales and implementations to ensure successful program launches.
• Collaborate on team projects and identify opportunities to assist teammates.
