Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Regional Account Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate clients within the Egencia Enterprise segment. You will develop strategic relationships, grow travel spend, and drive long-term profitability and client retention.

You will collaborate with global account managers, analyze client feedback, and support product development and program initiatives to deliver value to customers and revenue for Amex GBT.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and managing a client portfolio.
• Knowledge of online booking tools and the corporate travel industry is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop short and long-term business plans for program development.
• Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support product initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships, delivering savings and revenue opportunities for Egencia.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure successful program launches.
• Collaborate on tasks and projects within a team-based environment.
