Amex GBT is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow our Egencia Enterprise client base and manage a portfolio of corporate clients. You will drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and strengthen client retention by delivering strategic programs and proactive account planning.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze client feedback, and articulate savings opportunities while expanding the customer relationship. This role requires travel and a background in corporate travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, online booking tool, Corporate Travel industry a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to concisely communicate key issues and results.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop short and long-term business plans and strategies for program development.
• Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support product development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship by offering products and services that provide savings and additional revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure progress toward travel program goals and propose improvements.
• Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure successful program launches.
• Collaborate and complete tasks in a team-based environment and identify opportunities to support them.
