Amex GBT is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow our Enterprise client base within the Egencia segment. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, develop strategic relationships, and increase travel spend while ensuring profitability and client retention.

The role requires experience in account management, data analysis and the ability to travel 25–30%. You will collaborate with global teams to drive program development and successful launches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop short and long-term plans for program development and maturity.
• Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support product development initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships that deliver savings and revenue for Amex GBT Egencia.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure progress toward travel program goals and propose improvements.
• Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure successful program launches.
• Collaborate on tasks and projects in a team-based environment and identify opportunities to assist.
