• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership and influence senior decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Lead complex business transformation programs with governance and accountability models.
• Independently lead multiple high-impact initiatives with limited oversight.
• Evaluate business, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and technology implications through an enterprise lens.
• Create momentum, remove barriers, and drive execution with urgency and sound judgment.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Develop concise, decision-oriented executive communications and briefing materials.
• Lead executive workshops and governance forums to move decisions forward.
• Build partnerships across functions to advance enterprise priorities.
• Lead organizational change and operating-model improvements.
