Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing senior-level decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or comparable enterprise leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand unfamiliar issues, form a point of view, and recommend action.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability through execution.

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
• Lead complex business transformation programs with governance and accountability models.
• Independently lead multiple high-impact initiatives with limited oversight and competing priorities.
• Evaluate implications across business, operations, finance, legal, regulatory, and technology.
• Create momentum, remove barriers, and drive execution with urgency and sound judgment.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Develop concise, decision-oriented executive communications and briefing materials.
• Lead executive workshops and governance forums to move decisions forward.
• Develop informed points of view and drive decisions.
