Franklin Templeton in the United States seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise strategy and execution across the firm. You will partner with the Co-Presidents and senior leaders to translate ambitious goals into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

This hybrid role requires navigating a matrixed organization, leading cross-functional programs, and advising executives on strategic decisions while shaping governance, change leadership, and accountability across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience advising executive leadership and influencing senior-level decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or comparable enterprise leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar issues, form a point of view, and recommend action.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, challenge constructively, and drive accountability through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
• Build strong partnerships across functions and regions to advance enterprise priorities.
• Influence executives and senior leaders without direct authority, aligning viewpoints and priorities.
• Create momentum, remove barriers, and drive execution with urgency and disciplined follow-through.
